Q. What all is included in my service?

Q. Are you Licensed and Insured?
A. Yes, We are fully Licensed, Insured and Bonded.
Q. Do I need to sign a contract?
A. For any residential services, no contracts are required. We are confident in our ability to provide quality service every time we clean. You are free to cancel you regularly scheduled cleaning at any time, however we require at least 24 hours notification of any cancellations.
Q. How do you determine your rates?
A. The rate for your cleaning service is determined by the square footage of your home, the level of cleaning needed and how often you need cleaning.
Q. How do I pay for my cleaning services?
A. We accept payment by check and money order.
Q. How will you gain access to my business or home?
A. We must be able to access your business or home to provide services. We will leave this up to you, which choice you feel most comfortable with.
1 - You may meet the cleaner.
2 - You may leave a key at some designated accessible place at you business or residence.
3 - You may leave a key on file in our key safe.
Q. What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
A. If you scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday we will contact you to reschedule you cleaning service.
Q. What if a member of you staff breaks something?
A. Our professional team members are very careful to protect your valuables. However, accidents do occur occasionally. Our insurance carriers will handle any major losses, while we usually handle minor mishaps directly.
Q. Do you bring your own equipment and cleaning supplies?
A. We supply all cleaning supplies and equipment we need, but if you want us to use your equipment and cleaning supplies we will be happy to. The choice is up to the individual client, however the use of the client's cleaning supplies and equipment will not adjust the rate.
